  • King prawn saganaki, globe artichoke, fresh herbs, spinach, lemon mascarpone
  • Rottnest Island scallops, cauliflower, capers and lemon
  • Tomato, basil and mozzarella raviolo, salsa verde
  • Pork belly, black pudding crumble, beetroot

Main

  • Duo of duck – confit duck leg, seared breast – cherry jus, sauce soubise and roasted broccoli
  • Market fish, determined by quality and availability
  • Pan fried gnocchi, jerusalem artichokes, green peas, smoked scarmorza
  • Veal involtini with lemon and oregano, roast potatoes, grilled asparagus
  • Scotch fillet, potato gratin, beef cheek croquette, garlic and horseradish butter

Dessert

  • Chocolate crackle, salted caramel fudge, whiskey custard
  • Apple mille feuille, ginger cream
  • Panettone soufflé, vanilla ice-cream
  • Two cheese plate with lavosh, paste, chutney and red wine poached pear
