Entree

  • Ham hock croquette, manchego, frisse lettuce, pickled spanish onion
  • French onion soup, gruyere, croutons
  • Smoked salmon, buckwheat blini, salmon caviar, crème fraiche
  • Prosciutto wrapped scallops, cauliflower, orange and white truffle oil dressing

Main

  • Braised snapper fillet, surf clams, asparagus, olives, tomato
  • Duo of lamb – grilled lamb cutlets, slow roasted rump – smoked eggplant, vine cherry tomatoes
  • Spinach and goats cheese ‘egg yolk’ raviolio, nutmeg, parmigiano reggiano
  • Roasted half duck, wild forest mushrooms and hazelnut ragout
  • 350g Black Angus rib-eye, brussel sprouts, potato gratin, red wine jus

Dessert

  • Lemon chiboust, macerated strawberries
  • Apple mille feuille, ginger cream
  • Chocolate cherry soufflé, vanilla ice cream
