Entree

  • Blue swimmer crab and corn agnolotti, Avruga caviar, chive and tomato dressing
  • Scallops and artichoke ‘Provencal’
  • Black truffle and duck liver parfait, blood orange jelly, herb brioche
  • Socca nicoise (chickpea pancake), tomatoes, capsicum, red onion, basil, green olives

Main

  • Flathead fillets, nori, broccolini, cauliflower, sprouts
  • Organic chicken breast ‘Raclette’, roasted kipfler potatoes, lardons, cornichons, and chicken jus
  • Roasted pork cutlet, porchetta, charcuterie sauce, braised cabbage
  • Beef Wellington, beef cheek croquette, mash potato, black olive jus
  • Flamiche – leek and pinenut tart – spinach, turnip, labneh
